Our silicone moulded product range is a combination of bushes, grommets, ‘O’ rings, washes, keypads, joint push rod, gaskets, silicone cap heaters, conductive electrodes, tube or sleeve and heat resistant mask. We are capable of formulating new compound for your application without any special set up charges which is unavailable anywhere else. We use fluorosilicone and silicone that are polymers and our rubber moulding compounds help in building your application. We have more than 100 silicone formulations. There are numerous advantages of silicone-moulded parts manufactured by us like they have outstanding resistance for high temperature and good electrical insulation. These are totally non-toxic due to which these are suitable for food and medical applications. Apart from these advantages there are some limitations also which should be kept in mind like low tensile strength, not for super heated steam, useless for aromatic mineral oil and poor resistance to alkalis and acids.
